Our Return Policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since the delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. Before shipping back your item, please email us first for the shipping address. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package as this will affect the processing of your return. We reserve the right to refuse packages that are sent back without our permission.
Upon receiving your order, if you find that the hair quality, color, or length is incorrect, please contact our Aftersale Service at serviceluxybie@gmail.com, and we will assist you further.
Please note the following:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For bundles weft, ensure that the weft has not been unfolded, worn, or tampered with. For Lace wigs, the lace should be intact, and the hair unwashed. You cannot apply heat, styling products, or perfumes. Pictures with intact lace are required. For Upart wigs, no return or exchange will be allowed if you cut the tapes at the "U" shape area or tamper with the hair in any way, such as brushing, washing, coloring, or bleaching, and so on.

The return shipping fee is to be covered by the buyer. We advise you to use USPS/Royal Mail for your return. Please note that customized hair, including wigs and bundles (e.g., customized color or wig size cap), cannot be returned or exchanged.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Once the package has been shipped out, we cannot cancel or modify order information under any circumstances. Additionally, please do not refuse packages even if you no longer want the hair. We cannot offer a 100% refund if the package is refused without contacting our customer service.
How to return:
Step 1: Please contact our Aftersale Service representatives within 30 days of receipt of your wig via email at serviceluxybie@gmail.com. Please indicate your order number and the reason you want to exchange or return your hair, and attach any applicable pictures.
Step 2: After the return/exchange request has been authorized, our customer service will send you a Return & Exchange address to send your unit to.
Step 3: Please ship the hair back to the address we provide you, including the order number. We DO NOT accept return packages without our Return Authorization. Please email us the return tracking number as you ship the hair back. We will initiate the refund or exchange process upon receiving the return package.
